For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate products cannot be returned once the original packaging has been opened.

We accept returns only for products that are unused and in their original packaging, within 14 days of receipt.

To start a return:
Contact us at intimiostore@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

Damaged products:
If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the item.
